Playing in the Park

Tommy and Mommy joined a playgroup a couple of months ago. We both LOVE getting out and meeting new people. Lately we have been going on playdates almost everyday, which is such a great way to pass our afternoons. We have done so many new and exciting things. Today we went to the park.

A few predictions for this week.....

• Kansas will win the final four
• The Bruins will not make the playoffs
• Tommy will weigh more than 17 lbs
• Tillie will poop out the toothbrush she ate (I am not kidding)
• We will not use that toothbrush again
• Joe will have cavities
• It will be one of the closest votes ever on American Idol

Houston...We Have A Temper!

Tommy has decided that he no longer likes food that he can not feed himself. This poses a problem for his parent, who have been told by the doctor that they have two weeks to help Tommy gain weight before they send him to a pediatric gastrointologist. So the fight begins....This is what dinnertime looks like at our house:

Random Thoughts

Amy is feeling a bit sick, so the boys are hanging out today. While we watch sports center and play with our socks we wanted to share a couple of random thoughts....

What Joe is thinking.
1. The Redsox, Tigers and Brewers look pretty good this year.....I hope they do not meet each other in the playoffs.
2. Tough month for the Pats....lose the super bowl, Moss gets hit with a restraining order, 2 players get busted for carrying pot (isn't that what the posse if for??), some crazy senator keeps bringing up spygate, they lost Asante in free agency and they have not resigned Moss.
3. Why should I shovel the snow before it stops snowing


What Tommy is thinking
1. Why do Ritz Crackers, MumMum Crackers, avocados, veggie burgers, blueberry muffins and cheese slices taste so good and gerber chicken and beef dinners taste so bad. Maybe I am a Vegetarian like my mommy.....but doesn't she eat bacon???
2. If my parents were so excited for me to crawl, why do they keep putting me in the play pen?
3. Why do Mommy and Daddy not want me to chew on the side of the Market Basket shopping cart....it tastes good
4. Raffi is better than the Beatles

We had a wonderful V-day here at the Dubow household....
Joe brought home beautiful yellow roses (Amy's favorite)

We also want to say thank you to Grandma for helping us out while Joe was in California! We had fun!
